Tailored support plan
After the call, I send you a personalised plan with suggested scope of support and recommended hours that will work best for your business.
Contract signed
Once you're happy with the plan, I’ll send over a simple agreement for us to sign, covering the support, hours & structure we've discussed.
Onboarding & setup
We’ll get everything in place - access, logins, key info, file sharing, etc. I’ll guide you through the handover so it feels easy, not overwhelming.
Support begins
I get started! You’ll start seeing work completed, systems more organised, and space open up in your week.
Pricing & Retainers
Monthly retainers (ongoing support)
I work on a retainer-based model, providing you with reliable, embedded support that I manage and prioritise week to week. Retainers are typically 10-30 hours per month, depending on the level of support required (minimum is 5 hours per month).

Retainer levels (guidance only)
Light support - Suitable for businesses needing consistent support in 1 or 2 areas of the business.
(Typically around 10-15 hours per month)
Core support - Ongoing support across multiple areas of operations, admin and marketing.
(Typically 15-25 hours per month)
Embedded support - More consistent, hands-on support across the business, acting as an extension of your team.
(Typically 25+ hours per month)
Standard rate: £30/hour
